Store Manager (Wheelock)
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this role gives you total responsibility for the day to day running of the store. You will be fully accountable for driving the store’s sales/profit results and for setting and achieving store objectives. Your focus will be on executing exceptional merchandising standards, ensuring best practice operational efficiencies, inventory management, occupational health & safety, loss prevention, compliance and consistent review of costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive retail management experience, strong business acumen and is results-driven. You are a leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring a large team. As a hands-on retailer, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Assistant Store Manager (Wheelock)
In this role, you will be responsible to work together with the Store Manager. As 2nd IC, this role gives you total accountability for managing all aspects of the store. You will be responsible for leading your team to maximize profit, maintaining merchandising standards; providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that effective cost reduction and profit protection procedures are in place.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have worked in a similar position, have retail management experience and good planning skills. Possess strong commerciality, leadership skills and are customer-service focused with excellent interpersonal, communication skills. Self driven, with a high level of initiative and passion to work in a fast-paced environment
Cash Office Coordinator (Wheelock)
In this role, you will be responsible to support Operations in cash handling adhering to audit compliances and general administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, meticulous and minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
Retail Assistants
We are seeking individuals that are able to work flexi shifts, enjoys working in a retail environment and has real passion in customer service.
